Long time lurker...First Cycle "Advices" Needed. I don't post much so help a bro out.

Alright.

Stats.

Weight
285 6'2. 25 years old.

Bench
310-330(i don't max out anymore, this is an estimate of being able to do 225 15-18times)
Squat
530 ever (405 x 10 recently)
Deadlift
565 (405 x 17 PR)

Yes. I am natural and i do carry a lot of muscle mass from the 8 years i have been training combined with my genetics where i feel i do well.

Goals: Cut to 240-245 with strict dieting, supplementation and cardio. Hopefully some good sleep in there too! I am going for strength to mass ratio. I want to be athletic.

Supplements: CLA, ALCAR, R-ala in high dosages. Multi. Syntha-6 protien. Purple K and most likely some other goodies thrown in if i hit up some anavar like i plan to.

Cycle: (yes i know it is basic, yes i know it is not test only...etc...etc...bear in mind i DO NOT need mass. I am a big boy)
50mg anavar ED.

What i need advice on

Length of cycle... i have heard 10 weeks is good is that about right?

ECA stack for workouts or sporadically ok?

I also have some clen on hand... i have tried some but i never noticed a massive effect so if someone could advice what a good dose for a 285 lb dude would be that would be good.

Can i expect some strength gains on the cut??

BF%? Anavar is a fairly weak drug but it is handy for strength & in a cutting phase diet as you are looking at. Suggest 30-50mg ed. It does go well with clenbuterol but you might like to work your way up to 140mcg ed starting around 60mcg. the sides may put you off if you have not used it before & a good ECA or stack might be a better option. Although I see you have the fat burners in place. Cardio & diet & training with increased intensity & short rests between sets will get you where you want to be. Sorry cant offer much more as I have never run var on its own.
 
Thanks for the response. I have clen on hand but i found it did little compared to the 50mg of ephedrine and caffiene, etc. i have been pounding back. Does that even make sense?

I will be doing sprints and doing the same routine i am doing now but just increasing reps as my joints are really not liking how i have been training lately. I have long limbs and the heavy benching has just been obliterating my elbows.

Anyone have a remedy for that?

Increase EFA's -flaxseed oil is good. Use a joint care product containing Glucosamine & Chondroitin. Clen does not work for everyone but I believe its got a lot to do with how the product is dosed. When you are talking Mcg's it easy to get underdosing & overdosing. Beware overdosed clen can be lethal. Stick with the ECA stack you can add Yohimbe for a real good fat burner. Dont use wide grip on bench, chins etc as it puts additional sress on the elbow joint rotation.

you are a big boy but your BF% will make a huge difference to what will work best...but anavar by itself kinda sucks IMO...keep in mind you can cut on basically any steroid, it just depends on your diet and training...but if you want to cut down i would recommend looking at a test p/primo/tren/var cycle...but then again, if this is your first cycle, i would say stick to a test only cycle @ 250mg EW for 10 weeks

right there 10-12 weekswould be fine for a first cycle my first was an 8 weeker of sust @ 250mg per week. I blew the fugg up off that one.

....been there, battle to get to sub 10%. however 4 months later and im there.... it took hard work, dedication,STRICT DIET AND CARDIO.

test is not just a mass drug, i cut down with it nicely. you can bulk and cut with any aas, some will just keep you drier then others. that being said, keep the protein high, test at 250 week and that should be plenty to keep you from going catabolic.

Cutting is something aas will not do for you, its in aid in keeping muscle in a caloric deficient state. Your diet/cardio is going to determine how "cut" you get.

if eca was more effective for you then clen, then you do not know how to use it, it is far more effective. however if eca is working for you i would not jump into clen - just like aas no need to bump the drugs if its still working where your at.

CUT THE SPRINTS - hit some nice steady cardio sesions in the am on an empty stomach. you will watch the fat melt off. hit cardio at least 30 mins, i like 45-60 mins, at a steady pace - remember this is going to be a battle. you will not get ripped over night - keeping diet in check over months is what will get you where you want to be - will not happen in weeks.
 
i too am big like you, and i dont recommend running as its bad on the knees and ankles. punching bag is my favorite form of cardio.
