Day 17.
Did one compound lift to gage strength and endurance. My choice for this test was squats. I want to gage each compound workout by itself without mixing in more that way I can make sure I'm at 100%
I have never been this explosive in squats at all.
Warm up. 5x5x145 5x5x185 then 5x5x255 5x5x315 did start to slow down but I pulled thru. Didn't go for a max but I could have easily add 2 extra set to everything. But explosiveness was insane!
