Day 33-34.
Dylan gave me the clear to run GW with my cycle im currently 3 days into it. Melting fat like crazy.
During these day I have gotten some crazy allergies and the immune system down to, so I didn't mess with any weight because recovery in my first priority. Im doing better so in the morning I will hit my weights and some cardio and I want to do some cardio to put my GW to the test since GW is my favorite. During these off days I have still maintained a strong 195lbs and it not going anywhere. LGD is by far the most amazing thing for recomping and the gains are 110% keepable! No need to worry about losing anything.

Biceps and shaping up nicely and back fat moving along, waist line is look super good and just overall everything is showing up nicely. These updates may not be the best but they're meant to be honest and to the point. Time for some more prs tomorrow!
