Day 18-20:
overall I am looking slimmer and slimmer, sweating has gotten out of control and is very annoying sometimes. Body temp has been crazy also. Chest is feeling solid, muscle hardness has seem to fade out again. Still holding on to 190lbs but I feel like i'm around 3-5 more pounds. So I will weight myself in the morning.
legs are still growing and more pants are either fitting more tighter or not fitting at all.
Bench I will just keep the bigger numbers, no maxing out just yet. 2x15x255 2x10x285 2-3 min rest between sets. Slowed down a tad but pulled tru. I will say work has been effecting my workouts. I know there no excuse but its the truth. For those who want to know what I do as a job, I work at a architect firm and I do architectural engineering along with mechanical/civil engineering.
Resting up the past two days then will hit my next compound tomorrow.
