4:30AM : Coffee + 1 brown sugar (around5g) + Milk Thistle 1000mg + N-Acetyl-Cystein 750mg + 0,25mg Anastrozole + 25mg Masterolone

6:AM : 48g Whey + milk 1/2 cream 500ml + 2 eggs organic + 2 eggs organic + 30g nuts + 1 banana + 1 kiwi

11:AM : Salade with fresh legums (tomato + herring + green salad + cucumber) + 20g olive oil+ 5g colza oil + 6O g rice + cottage cheese 300g and mix of red fruits around 50g

02:00PM : Day "BACK"

- 20 min bike

Rowing dumbbell (UNILATERAL DEADSTOP ROW)

For each exercices I block for about 3 scds doing slow and controlled movements to fell the targeted muscle and promot the pump effect.

40g whey + 30g honey + 1 banana + 1000mg Milk Thisle

07:00PM: 200g tuna + mix of legums 300g + 20g olive oil + 2 boiled egg (white coocked and yellow liquid)

10:30PM : 50G protein milk + 500ml milk 1/2 cream + 2 raw eggs + Zinc 50mg + MAgnesium 200mg

I think my liver feel better, nausea disappears day after day, my fingers hands & feet have lost a lot of water retention also my face which is less puffy with the jaw more defined, the veins are much more apparent.

- The pump during training up a lot, it's weird to have again the feeling of the muscle burning.
- I'm more focus, the activity cognitive have a great improvement ...
- Like i said, i wait the next cardio training to see about the brain / activity cognitive / memory ....
- Libido and well-being are a lot better too, i dont sleep more but the quality of sleeping has improved
(i check soon the stat of my watch if i have a better % of "deep sleep")

    I start the protocol with IGF-1 LR3 like this :

    IGF-1 LR3 every day for week 1 to week 4

    W1 : 50mcg
    W2 : 50mcg
    W3 : 75mcg
    W4 : 100mcg

    I dont have the possibility to take directly after the workout, but after around 1h30, so when i'm at home i take the injection 50MCG and i wait 20 mins, followed by a shake of whey + milk 1/2 cream + Honey + banana

    About Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 : TRAINING OFF Just 3 meals / day basic like Rice + White Turkey / Cottage Cheese / Fruits kiwi / banana / Tuna / Mackerel / Sardinia / Colza oil zer0 supplement.

    Now today 2 May i'm back at home now and restart diet with supplement, normally i received my Omega 3 order in the day, if all is well Cardio Boxe Training for this evening.

@lundgren you are eating right milk whey and honey with banana but your overall meals are missing fats. You need to add fish oil daily have you done it?

UPTAD 02/05
Ouch .... Aspirin 166mg Saturday 29/04 Injection Monday 01/05 Left Deltoid result = bad reaction, probably internal bleeding, so i'm going to put ice for 20 minutes morning and evening.

Another bad news: My blood is admissible, but as i was transfused as a teenager, the rules prohibit access as a "donor" :-( So the only and single option are bleeding for high hematocrit level.
I check in around 3 weeks the level, if he's always elevated, i contact the specialist and see what protocol he will give me.

@lundgren you are eating right milk whey and honey with banana but your overall meals are missing fats. You need to add fish oil daily have you done it?
To be honest i dont use fat after training (and fiber too) because it will slow down the absorption of the protein :'(
I add more fat after for the diner (i try)

Slowly but surely.
It's frustrating to lift small weights, but bones / tendons / ligaments etc ... need some time so i going "step by step"
(like the 90s series TV with Patrick Duffy and Suzane Summers lol )
