Approved Log Log EP for healing / recovery

28.04 :

4:30AM : Coffee + 1 brown sugar (around5g) + Milk Thistle 1000mg + N-Acetyl-Cystein 750mg + 0,25mg Anastrozole + 25mg Masterolone

6:AM : 48g Whey + milk 1/2 cream 500ml + 2 eggs organic + 2 eggs organic + 30g nuts + 1 banana + 1 kiwi

11:AM : Salade with fresh legums (tomato + herring + green salad + cucumber) + 20g olive oil+ 5g colza oil + 6O g rice + cottage cheese 300g and mix of red fruits around 50g

02:00PM : Day "BACK"

- 20 min bike

Rowing dumbbell (UNILATERAL DEADSTOP ROW)
- 5kgs 12 reps
- 10 kgs 10 reps
- 15 kgs 10 reps
- 10 kgs 10 reps

Deadstop dumbbell (SEAL ROW)
- 5kgs 12 reps
- 10 kgs 10 reps
- 10 kgs 10 reps
- 15 kgs 12 reps

Batwing row

For each exercices I block for about 3 scds doing slow and controlled movements to fell the targeted muscle and promot the pump effect.

04:30PM :
40g whey + 30g honey + 1 banana + 1000mg Milk Thisle

07:00PM: 200g tuna + mix of legums 300g + 20g olive oil + 2 boiled egg (white coocked and yellow liquid)

10:30PM : 50G protein milk + 500ml milk 1/2 cream + 2 raw eggs + Zinc 50mg + MAgnesium 200mg

I think my liver feel better, nausea disappears day after day, my fingers hands & feet have lost a lot of water retention also my face which is less puffy with the jaw more defined, the veins are much more apparent.

- The pump during training up a lot, it's weird to have again the feeling of the muscle burning.
- I'm more focus, the activity cognitive have a great improvement ...
- Like i said, i wait the next cardio training to see about the brain / activity cognitive / memory ....
- Libido and well-being are a lot better too, i dont sleep more but the quality of sleeping has improved
(i check soon the stat of my watch if i have a better % of "deep sleep")
