for example, inyect the wins in biceps ?
is a myth ?
is a myth ?
Its been debated before. In the end some will say yes and some will say no. I for one will never be doing another bie shot again. That shit hurts. Try it if it works for you then great if not then now ya know.
maybe... some guys said, yes, it's works.
the way i see it, and this may be flawed logic, but take this as an example. all hypothetical.
a man has been using aas for 3 years. always injecting into his right glute. trained and eat like a beast.
does his right arse cheek stick out half a foot from the other one? no, it doesnt.
why owned ?

a little of both. regular shots might not do much, but when your injecting 16ml per week into your biceps like I do, you do get some stretching.

"localized growth" is swelling. Thats the simple truth.
Bingo - temporary swelling.
The scientific process is so much more complicated than that.

It's worked for me. My biceps used to be lacking.
It is probably because you thought it would work and put more effort into training biceps.
No offense, as the placebo effect has been shown to work.
The increase in size is due to the local inflammatory response (heat, swelling, redness).
The only way I can see it working at all to increase muscular size is that the inflammatory response in that area is greater, and it is currently thought that the inflammatory response is necessary for muscle growth.
I can't tell if you're making fun or if you agree.

well, my second inyect in delts, and... i will post my opinion in some weeks![]()
The best argument against 'spot' injections is that you don't see people walking around with buge butts.
It may work in some people (in smaller muscles) by stretching the fascia. 'Pump' has been shown in published articles to enhance growth of muscles by stretching the fascia.
Inflammation is part of repair process. One theory is that you break the tiny muscle fibers by hard work out. The damage to muscle causes inflammation (swelling, DOMS). The body synthesizes muscle fibers to replaced the damaged muscle fibers. By the time that process stops, body has alreadu built a few extra muscle fibers.
Inflammation is temporary, but often leads to permanent effects by fibrosis and scar formation. It is possible that after multiple injections, there is enough fibrosis to make biceps feel 'hard' and look bigger.
