little help please

next planned cycle will be a 10 weeker test e, primo and var.
will have enough var for 7 of the 10 weeks. would you guys recommend doing the var for the first seven weeks or the last,and why?
i did really well with just a dex @.5mg ed. on my last cycle(test e,deca and winny) do you see any need to change that with those compounds. i have adex, letro, aromasin and nolva on hand
any input will be greatly appreciated

Personally I would throw the Var in for the first 7 weeks. Both Test Enanthate and Primo take at least a couple weeks to take full effect and Var is faster acting so it'll add a nice "kick start" to your cycle. A-Dax will be fine for this cycle.

Here's another vote for the first part of the cycle - it's a great jump start.
