How much fat do you take in while on this diet during the week while you are taking no carbs in and is it the same as during your carb load day? What kind of fats do you take in(flaxeseed oil, peanut butter, olive oil, etc..examples please) What type of carbs do you take in on you carb load day? Oatmeal, Vegies, brown rice, wheat bread, ...some more examples... Does your protein stay as high on carb load day?

Also you posted in another thread that LipoKenetics should not be used with a no carb diet becuase the side effects are drastically increased. What would you say is a good diet while on lipokenetic? I just started a bottle thats why i ask.

bump, cozmo got me wanting to make carbs the enemy.

1. What is the absolute most amount of carbs/cals you eat in a day?

2. What have your results looked like (timeframe etc)

INFO:
During the week keep the daily carb intake under 20g
this is essential to achieve ketosis especially with a
weekly carb up... I would even suggest keeping it as
low as possible... I keep it under 10g

on the weekend for 24 hours... it really is no holds
barred... but i would reccommend healthy carbs...
those with a low GI and wheat based....
