:rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow: per Dr. Oz's (of Oprah fame) instructions :rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow:

Dr. Oz's Ultimate Vitamin List:

Vitamin D: Dr. Oz shared that over 50% of Americans are deficient in vitamin D - he recommends 1000 IU daily

Calcium: Calcium may make you constipated, so Dr. Oz suggests taking it with magnesium - 600mg of calcium and 200mg of magnesium twice a day

DHA Omega-3: Similar to fish oil, says Dr. Oz, DHA omega-3 comes in a pill form but doesn't have the side effects of fish oil - he recommends 600mg a day

Baby Aspirin: 2 baby aspirin a day for people over 40 is Dr. Oz's suggested dose - 2 baby aspirin have half the amount of 1 regular aspirin

Multivitamin: Dr. Oz explained the benefit of cutting a multivitamin in half and taking 1 half in the morning and 1 half in the evening - it will spread the vitamin intake evenly throughout the day

Good thread. Right now I just take Omega 3, Zinc, Vitamin C, Multi, and Biotin. I stopped taking fat burners and such years ago because I was having bad anxiety problems.

just 2? hard to say. I take over 20 different supps now (including vitamins/minerals).

definitely protein...maybe fish oil too??

I couldn't narrow it down to just 2.

100% ON Whey and I guess omega-3

I also like:

Sulbutiamine, Piracetam & vinpocitine (best noo stack for me)
GABA in the evening
Animal Paks

Lately I have been using Lipo 6 and it is a very good weight loss supplement.

Items NOT on my list: any MuscleTech product.

Beta Alanine and cordyceps

what does the cordyceps do for you?

p.s. on the beta alanine, as you know in order for it to convert to carnosine and do its bufering magic it must combine with histidine - I found a product that combines beta-alanine with histidine -- I'll post it up tommorrow

histidine is pro-orgasmic
you don't have to eat the cordyceps no more

I love the stuff I have and it works great...hence the 24 miles I ran yesterday...BA that is.....

As for the cordyceps I suck them down Spartacus LOLOL....

Excerpt from Dr. Earl Mindell's Russian Energy Secret, pp. 21-22:

Cordyceps is particularly protective of the kidneys and is an effective treatment for renal disease. The herb exhibits protective effects against aminogylcoside nephrotoxicity in geriatric patients and protects against cyclosporine A-induced nephrotoxicity in rats. Cordyceps has been shown to increase hemoglobin and stimulation of reticulocytes in the blood count and also decrease blood urea nitrogen (BUN). It is antiasthmatic, assists smooth muscle relaxation and can potentiate the effects of epinephrine (Huang).

The main activities of Cordyceps include the following:

Oxygen-free radical scavenger.

Antisenescent (retards the aging process).

Endocrine modulator

Hypolipidemic (cholesterol lowering)

Antiatherosclerotic

Immunomodulator

Restorer of sexual function and replenisher of sperm.

Renal, hepatic, respiratory, nervous system and cardiovascular tonic

Stress reducer

Promoter of endurance, vigor and energy; enhanced training and performance in athletic competition

I just swapped out my flax oil for fish oil.....they both taste terrible....I'll say that and a multi
rancid? freshly pressed flax oil is nutty and sweet tasting especially if it is unfiltered. don't rate fish oil, if you look at the process for most brands by the time it's bottled or encapsulated there's not much life left. oils are sensitive to light, air and heat so if it's in a clear bottle or capsule form (process heats the oil to 35 degrees min) then forget it. source locally and have it sent off the press is the way to go, the bottle should be black or dark brown preferably wrapped in foil and kept refrigerated from source to consumer

You die first, get it?

Your friends may get me in a rush, but not before I turn your head into a canoe.

I use life extension brand oils and I trust their manufacturing methodogy

Protein powder and Multi vitamin. If multi's don't count I'd say creatine.

All of these come in 2nd to steroids.

they're both 'into' HRT/HGH and related aging disease mitigation regimens

I was seriously considering this one salmon oil plus . Pretty damn good sales pitch. It looks like a pyramid scheme. I'm so freaking jaded I can't pull the trigger.....sounds too good to be true.
