I don't know who or where your getting your meso but using a steroid is not a typical ingredient. Meso results can vary depending on who performs the procedure. Have they been trained in meso? It's not taught in medical or nursing school and nurses and doctors often attend the same training seminars so don't overpay by going to a high profile MD or nurse for that matter.
Many places will water down the medications which will cost you more money and slower results. Ask if they water it down, watch to see if they do.
A typical mesotherapy session will consist of no more than 10-20 cc of solution per visit. Less if it's your first visit. You can get the same area treated every other week. You can do butt and hips alternating weeks but should not do more than two areas at a time.
Depending on the amount of fat or cellulite you have to lose it will take at least 3 sessions and up to 10 or 15 to get the results you want. You can get rid of those last 20 lbs with meso but more than that and your pushing it. You also need to diet while getting meso. Or at least stop over eating. Meso basically empties your fat cells and you poop it out. If you keep over eating those cells are still there and they fill back up just as quick. You don't have to diet but you should not be overeating.
Many factors can lead to poor results, watered down meds, the wrong meds for your specific condition, overeating and not giving it enough time to kick in. It works, I've done it on many people with excellent results, including myself!
