im lookin for a nice work-out schedule i kno alot of u guys get pissed off at ppl askin these ?s but im just bored of mine nd want to see what some of u guys do... every1 needs a lil advice thats why we are here but im 6.3 220 15%bf want to been workin out for a good 7 years hard took a month break from lifting from injury fully recovered now nd itchin to get back in the gym
