I'm taking NO2 and after i actualy bust my ass at the gym leave feeling like i can't move my arms i wake up in the morning and there is no soreness and ifell fine. I also take L-glutamine do ya'll think kit would be alright to life the same body part again if i'm not sore? or stil lgive it a resT?
 
Your muscles need AT LEAST 48 hours of rest before lifting again, no matter how great you feel. Remember, you grow when you rest, and thats why we lift!
 
Yea but i usually work my whole upper body and rest and then work it again is that too much? or if you coudl give me some examples how i should work it where ic an work out everynight? Cause if you work chest than your arms get sore so its liek a hinder anyway
