New member
starting my cutting diet now... the cals are going from around 6-7,000 to about 3,500...no lower then 3,000...

doing cardio twice a day for 25 minutes @ a time.

should i start reducing my sets per workout or what?

usualy hit 4 excercise for chest-back-shoulder-legs

3 for bis and tris

should i limit it to 3 for every body part and train arms once a week rather then twice...

i dont want to hit them so hard that my body can not heal because the cals are too low...

current cycle
test e -600mgs ew( wish i had more prop and id switch over to prop 100mgs ed)
tren 100mgs ed
winny-40mgs ed
clen 40mcgs ed
thermoshred- 3 pills ed
proviron-50mgs ed
AIFM for anti-e
glucerol - for any carbs i am taking in -3 pills ed

got eac stack coming for when the clen is done... also decided to pick up some t-3

As long as your cals are distributed correctly among protein /fat / carb to support your lifting schedule (i.e. enough protein to build muscle, enough carbs to supply energy to lift) you should basically lift like a mofo -- you are on a bunch of drugs that will provide increase in strength & excellent repair / recovery. I'll defer to anyone else amount of sets - bigger deal is to lift hard & heavy to get the most out of your cycle. The diet & cardio will work towards your cutting.
