Lifting in Baghdad; new PL routine?

Hey ALL. I am new to the PL scene, have weight lifting experience for about 15 years. I am 6' 255lbs. Did a PL contest a couple of weeks ago and benched 450lbs, DL 600lbs, no squat due to groin injury.

I am humbled by all the posts I have read over the last few days. I have video of my lifts and I think my form looks OK...

The next contest is in 3 months. Could someone recommend a routine that does not involve a bunch of ancillary equipment. I have access to the basics and I can probably come up with some boards for board presses. I was hitting every lift heavy every 5-6 days and my joints are killing me... I have delicate shoulders and have a hard time doing overhead movements, too.

Of note, I am stationed at Camp Liberty, Baghdad... Anyone else here????
