Lifting fun at work, first "strongman" lift

today at work we had 2 250 pound benches delivered (we use a lot of tools and hardware). anyways, i grabbed one and drug it across the parking lot, which is about 150 feet. hella burn in my legs, cant wait to make my sled drag sled, seems like a very fun event.

also, if anyone here lives in houston and nkows where to get a tire that weighs about 500 pounds, please im me with some info.

Just look up tractor sales or something like that in your local phone book and start calling and asking if anyone has a tire that matches that description for free or cheap.

I remember B Fold talking about how it costs money to dispose of those tires, so impound yards (was it these?) or other places would be willing to give them away for free.
