deadlifts 315 3x10 (straps on the last set)
BB row - 185 3x8
pull downs - 150 3x6-8
reaer delt - 3x12
BB curl 3x15
concentration curl - 2 drop sets 6x6x6
wrist curls 3x15
it all felt great, but the best part of the day is when its all done, i go home, sit on my toilet, enjoy my orange flavored Carbo-Rush and read Flex...
