levorex from organic health

I remember reading a while back that the dosage had been lowered for levorex ( down to 2 caps 3x a day from 4 caps, 3x a day) I also remember reading that the 'old' stock was still in use in the Canadian store, 0rganic-health.

i just received my levorex, I'll start out slow, but on the instructions on the bottle it said, to take 2-4 caps 3 x a day... would this be the new formula? Can I take the old dosage, or just stick with 2caps 3x a day?
