Nelson, just curious how old are you? I am 53. your thoughts remind me of the good old days when primo was still around,

You could gain 5-6 lbs in a mild 8 week cycle take three months off and do it again.

one thing to also remember is, EVERYONE'S BODY IS NOT THE SAME!!! i think some will do better with long cycles and some will do better with shorter! it depends on a lot of things... but just because one person gets great results off a 8 week cycle doesnt mean i cant get good gains off a 3 weeker and keep them!!!

Sorry Nelson but your full of shit. Since you like to criticize others writing what is the difference between 10 lbs of muscle and 10 "actual" lbs of muscle? Also what does it mean when you write you CAN NOT exceed much more than 10 lbs of muscle per cycle? What does much more imply in this case? 1 lb, maybe 2? I'm just trying to keep it real and call a spade a spade.
