i think sample 3 and 4 are u best options, but if its ur first cycle run its at 500mgs for 10 weeks!

If you are a lean 220 or above, go 750 mg/week, but try to go at least 10 weeks - 16 weeks ideal. If you are under 220, go 500 mg/week for 12 weeks. ( I know you said don't do this but I'm gonna say it anyway) In both scenarios stack it with Deca or Primo. Use at least 1mg of arimidex per day if fat gain is a concern for you. Regardless of what you stack, (or don't stack for that matter) I wouldn't add any more test. Others will disagree; however, I think your wasting test by going over 750mg/week. From my personal experience, I see much better quality in the muscles I gain in a cycle 10 weeks or longer. BTW, keep me updated on how well the Primotestin work for you.

well the reason why i am going to take 750mgs opposed to 500mgs is because i always feel like the test i could have could be possibly underdosed...i would rather get that extra mgs in if you know what i am saying..but i am no way near 220lbs..I am about 200lbs and 197lbs after i take a shit.....
