Love you guys but you really got to get it together. There have been problems ordering for months now. I can't imagine how much business you lost. Now it won't accept the discount code. Why even have one? Just lower the prices a couple of bucks. I feel as if I'm paying extra for nothing. A lot of members have experienced the same thing. We want to give you our money! Help us out here guys.
 
I had account setup issues then on the fifth try it went through and worked with the discount code..Came quick too but I agree they need better support

Get AlertPay to fix their credit card approval system or go with another another vendor. AlertPay is the worst I have ever worked with. Payments are rejected for no reason, posted wrong, their support is worthless...they suck!
 
RX was constantly on there chiming in on every thread. "Dont forget your HCG" "Dont forget your aromasin" lol
 
I agree. They lost me as a customer with that AlertPay garbage. What a shame. Can anyone point me somewhere else for my purchases?
 
My hcg took so long to get here my balls were like little pissed off raisins!!!
I will order that shit wayyyyy ahead of time nexy cycle.
 
uh oh. i made an order yesterday. we will see what happens. i hope they dont take forever. i will post up once i find out.
 
heres my update. i am extremely happy with my order. it was packaged well, all products apear to be quality, shipping was verry fast it took 8 days to receive from the order date.
 
I ordered from them as well, T/A was good! packaging was good. BUT-- the aromasin I ordered came as an underground lab Geneza Pharmaceuticals and RX advertised (maybe still are) on their aromasin descrip. that it's Generic India Pharmacy aromasin.
 
Many people prefer to use Western Union to pay for their medicines online. I would send RxHealthDrugs an e-mail and ask them about Western Union as a payment option.
 
I like RXhealthdrugs but i hate alertpay. I cant even sign into my account now. My password isnt being accepted and its taking days to get a new one cause the security questions are blank even though i set them up when i opened my account.

Tell Rx you want to send them Western Union instead. You can send WU from your PC now. Takes about the same time it does to pay with your card online now.

They are working on getting another merchant account. They were dropped because they were selling merida or something that the account did not like.

I have spoke with them and the problem is being fixed.

Guys this ain't like ordering Tupperware from qvc. We are talking about international medical supplies. They always come threw in the end too.

I have helped people who have had problems with them. Most have received the products they ordered and a tun of free products with it when they have had problems.

They are a good company who cares about the end users. They are very busy and do the best they can. Maybe they are not perfect ( I mean no can be a needtobuildmuscle.com) but they sure do go the distance and try as much as they can.

I know we live in a instant gratification world with the have it your way slogans on every corner but lets get real. Its not always going to be that way in this kind of a industry.

There products are good,there service is ok, they give a damn about the customer, They are always willing to work with the staff here at ef to resolve customer problems, and they support the community we all love and share.

Lets cut them some slack. Thanks. :heart::heart:

I have ordered in the past with no probs BUT placed an order six weeks ago and WAS CHARGED....

I have not received shit....

I have tried AND TRIED to get help but no one will answer any PM's nor will the site respond.

I will dispute the charge tomorrow....

I wont order again!!!!!!!

I agree about packaging and deliverytime,but i also got underground clomid,arimidex(GP),LIV52 wrapped in plast with "LIV52" written on it.
To top all that i did not get Organon HCG,but some other brand i never heard of and don`t find any info of.

Been trying to mail RX about this,and a few others who recommend them without no answer.
I do not try to flame anyone,but when i order something i expect to recive the product i ordered.
Now i am stuck with products i do not dare to use b4 i find/get any info about them.:worried:

I can imagine RX having their hands full of orders+++,but they should let the customer know if the product you ordered is switched to another brand...like the HCG.

I have had issues with them about an order they didn't fill completely. I emailed them and no answer, I PM'ed them and no answer that is very poor customer support if not just crappy! Just my honest opinion. Atleast answer my emails or pm with a, "ok we will get back to you" but they cant even do that!
 
Guys,

If you are having trouble receive e-mails from RxHealthDrugs, you probably have their e-mails going to the spam bin. please makes sure to "allow" their e-mails in your account so that they wont get sent to the spam folder. This is problem many have had with their support tickets.
 
Just went through my spam 3 times and nothing! Thanks for trying to help. What happened to the rep that used to be on this board? I haven't gotten a PM back from them either...

I did not recive any mail from RX who ended in the spam bin.
Sendt pm to reps on this board just like goin on 4T did,without getting any answer back.
..needless to say that this is rubbing me the wrong way.

Rx is not going to conduct customer support via the PM system. That's something that you will have to e-mail them for. Any support requests via PM will be asked to start a support ticket.
 
I have been waiting five weeks for my order. Sent them an email. Sent one back saying give it another week. Like I have a choice.

I wanted to update one thing. This thread was not intended to be a thrashfest of Rx. They're good people. It was meant to give a heads up about their ordering service. I assumed they wanted to know. And they did. But it's taking a little time.

And if needto says he'll take care of it, he'll take care of it.

alert pay is a fucking joke and i tried plenty of times to go to rxhealth but between the problems at there site and with alertpay.IMHO it should be harder to get our hands on a class 3 cycle than you fricking PCT

FYI- When I had a problem with an order from RxHealth, I pm'd needto about it and he jumped on it fast. I had my order in days, thank you. They also took care of me with complimentary products. Just saying, they did come though guys.

I had some issues with RX health a few months ago, what did I do, I PM'd needto about it... Next thing I know I have a package on my front door with double my original order, free of charge.... The big guy looks out
