I agree. They lost me as a customer with that AlertPay garbage. What a shame. Can anyone point me somewhere else for my purchases?
They are working on getting another merchant account. They were dropped because they were selling merida or something that the account did not like.
I have spoke with them and the problem is being fixed.
Guys this ain't like ordering Tupperware from qvc. We are talking about international medical supplies. They always come threw in the end too.
I have helped people who have had problems with them. Most have received the products they ordered and a tun of free products with it when they have had problems.
They are a good company who cares about the end users. They are very busy and do the best they can. Maybe they are not perfect ( I mean no can be a needtobuildmuscle.com) but they sure do go the distance and try as much as they can.
I know we live in a instant gratification world with the have it your way slogans on every corner but lets get real. Its not always going to be that way in this kind of a industry.
There products are good,there service is ok, they give a damn about the customer, They are always willing to work with the staff here at ef to resolve customer problems, and they support the community we all love and share.
Lets cut them some slack. Thanks.
