uh oh. i made an order yesterday. we will see what happens. i hope they dont take forever. i will post up once i find out.
 
heres my update. i am extremely happy with my order. it was packaged well, all products apear to be quality, shipping was verry fast it took 8 days to receive from the order date.
 
I ordered from them as well, T/A was good! packaging was good. BUT-- the aromasin I ordered came as an underground lab Geneza Pharmaceuticals and RX advertised (maybe still are) on their aromasin descrip. that it's Generic India Pharmacy aromasin.
 
Many people prefer to use Western Union to pay for their medicines online. I would send RxHealthDrugs an e-mail and ask them about Western Union as a payment option.
 
I like RXhealthdrugs but i hate alertpay. I cant even sign into my account now. My password isnt being accepted and its taking days to get a new one cause the security questions are blank even though i set them up when i opened my account.

Tell Rx you want to send them Western Union instead. You can send WU from your PC now. Takes about the same time it does to pay with your card online now.
 
I agree. They lost me as a customer with that AlertPay garbage. What a shame. Can anyone point me somewhere else for my purchases?

They are working on getting another merchant account. They were dropped because they were selling merida or something that the account did not like.

I have spoke with them and the problem is being fixed.

Guys this ain't like ordering Tupperware from qvc. We are talking about international medical supplies. They always come threw in the end too.

I have helped people who have had problems with them. Most have received the products they ordered and a tun of free products with it when they have had problems.

They are a good company who cares about the end users. They are very busy and do the best they can. Maybe they are not perfect ( I mean no can be a needtobuildmuscle.com) but they sure do go the distance and try as much as they can.

I know we live in a instant gratification world with the have it your way slogans on every corner but lets get real. Its not always going to be that way in this kind of a industry.

There products are good,there service is ok, they give a damn about the customer, They are always willing to work with the staff here at ef to resolve customer problems, and they support the community we all love and share.

Lets cut them some slack. Thanks. :heart::heart:
