And no I'm not referring to puddlemonkey.

Weighed in at 321lbs yesterday at the gym. I'm by one pound the biggest I've ever been.:evil:

you keepin up with the cardio big man? And no I don't mean a little light jog here and there. I used to do that shit when I weighed 295. I thought doing a little light cardio twice a week was sufficient.....it's not. To walk around with that kind of mass and not have it wear down your heart you'd better be doing cardio a couple times a week till you're out of breathe. Just doing strong man type stuff is fine, but you've also got to do straight up higher volume cardio. You don't want heart issues bro, trust me "personally" on this one.

Goal is to keep getting bigger and stronger. Looking to end up around 335 or so. I haven't been under 290 in about 6 years so I'm just used to being this big. The extra weight sure helps a lot when I'm harnessed up to a big truck.

I do at least 20min of fairly intense cardio three days a week. Resting heart rate right now is about 65bpm trying to get that back down under 60. Plus I do my cardio after my workouts so I've already been working a bit before that.

Resting pulse is largely hereditary. You can decrease it about 25% with exercise but most people who claim in the 40's (that aren't world class athletes) are either measuring wrong or lying.

I used to be into Drumsticks, but Klondike ice cream sandwiches are my new drug of choice in the summer. The grocery store had a sale on them yesterday (three bucks off a box!!!), so I grabbed 3 boxes. :elephant:

A few years ago when I had a check up three different people came in to check my vitals. I was highly amused because they all walked out of the room and then the next one came in looking at the chart with a puzzled look. Finally got to see the doc and he told me they couldn't believe my numbers. Resting heart rate was 48bpm and blood pressure was 86/48. He kind of smiled and told me I'd never die of heart disease. Of course I'm about 80lbs heavier now and don't do 45min a day of hard cardio either.

wtf are you talking about, my resting pulse is consistently around 50 (was 49 once) and Im getting it measured at clinics everytime. the clinic folk are envious

I was told I was freakish for having a bp of about 100...........when I was on meds for my heart condition they would bring it down into the 90's and sometimes 80's and I felt like I was going to die any minute. My body would release adrenaline to compensate.......was total hell. And no, you will never have heart disease as long as you keep that up.

Some people just operate at higher pressures (even if it does make them more prone to CVD); I'm 80-85BP & about 140/90 & I feel pretty good sitting at 220lb / 5'9".

Unfortunately it was about a week ago. I thought I was gonna start sleeping with her again, but as soon as we met up we started arguing about stuff. Haven't talked to her since. Probably for the better since I was catching all sorts of hell from EF peeps for even talking to her.

Yep, when I take one I'll always wake up in the middle of the night and find something to eat. Once opened a can of soup and just started eating it from the can, didn't bother heating it up or anything. Didn't even realize I did it til the next morning when the evidence was still sitting out on the counter.

uh... bro, they tell you no more than 2 days in a row, and no more than 3 a week. It's not supposed to be a ED pill. I take on average one a week, and use the simply sleep stuff on other nights.
