I did 300 @ 132 and injured.. I did that with a safety squat bar, which from what I know is quite harder than a typical straight bar. I have the vids somewhere, i need to find them.

yea, I had my knees wrapped and a suit but only on the bottom, didn't put the straps up. I actually think the suit hurt more than it helped because it was way to freaking tight and hurt like hell. It was way to small, but my coach wanted me to try it... so we got it on and it took us about 45 mins to get it off. I was actually bleeding on my quads from that damn thing when I went down and tried to hit the hole. I couldn't even get down, I prolly would have needed more weight to hit the hole like I should have.

I can normally hit about 225 in the gym with no wraps or suit or even shoes. I hit up about 185 for box squats, and do a few sets with that.

and I dont share pics, to prove shit, i do it to entertain people. I put one of my first gf's in my gallery early on because she was fucking hot and i new people would enjoy looking at her. this was in 2002, i didn't know anyone here, i didn't give a fuck what people thought of my sexual prowess.

i see what you are saying, in real life, the guy always talking about sexual conquests is the guy you wonder if he is full of shit and just a big talked to over compensate.
