The only dealers who get time are the guys selling to the US, as Canada allows the DEA to operate freely within our borders and America's current administration has slightly 'different' priorities to our government when it comes to drugs (but a few more years of c*nts like Stockwell Day running things might change that)

Now that so many prisons have gone private, you can expect higher minimum sentences across the nation... We need to put more people in jail to keep the owners of those prison's rich.
The private prisons are sending lobbyist to Washington to get the job done and raise all those minimum sentences.
