But, I am pretty sure that you can only import a 90 day supply of drugs with a doctors script. And you have to declare whats in the package and clearly show the script for it to be legal. I think you might also have to prove that you could not afford to buy the drugs domestically.

I don't think the money idea has anything to do with it. To purchase aas or any other drugs you need a script. I don't think a 90 day supply would matter. Script=legal, No script=illegal.

My understanding is that you could declare AAS at customs when crossing the border so long as it's human grade (meant for humans) and not over 50mls. I've also heard people that tried this in San Ysidro (SD/TJ Border) got it confiscated but I guess Juarez is a different story. I guess it all depends on the customs agent.

Here's the deal:
The 3 month supply does not apply to mail order. The law is written for land-border types of situations...like hopping on a bus to Canada to get your meds.

Either way, AAS are controlled substances, and are regulated heavy by the DEA. To sell them , you have to be registered and keep an enormous amount of paperwork from the doctor and such. Since just about every online pharmacy does not do that, you can't buy them legitimately.

It's perfectly legal un the FDA Pilot 1988 Chapter 5. However, that doesn't include Scheduled drugs.

this also only applies if the meds you're trying to declare are currently FDA approved drugs. You can't use this provision to your advantage and declare some EQ at the border.
