Front Squats warmup bar, 135x10

185x10, 225x6, 225x5, 225x5

Zercher Squats

135x10, 185x6 (I think, I was zoning, lost count?), 205x5 (highest I've gone on these yet... it was painful)

Stiffy-Deads

185x10, 225x10, 275x6

Leg Curls -- 2 sets x20

Calf Raises (Standing) -- 3 sets, Stack + 45 for 30 reps, pausing at top of motion.

Calf Raises (Seated) -- 3 sets, 8 plates, 18,15,15 reps, pausing at top.

Big deal, I know a guy that can squat 585, and HE does it in the smith machine which is tougher!!:D

and that's why I bold faced the FRONT... I had some joker the other day PM Me like "I'm only 200lbs and I can do 225 on squats for 10... are you weak?" -- If you haven't tried front squats, they are a bit tougher :)

yeah, I do the Z-squats... accroding to that picture... I go down lower than that though... my hams were touching my calves.. I know that... my elbows went about 2-3" below my knees... with the bar... if you can picture that?

2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off... Back/bi; chest/tri; legs; shoulder/ tri

Tri days alternate, light then heavy

Ive never been able to get that low on my zerchers. When i get an inch or so below parallel the bar hits the top of my legs.

I hold the bar away from my body a bit... the bar brushes across my knees... I'll video it in Chicago...
