Hey guys so I just finished my new program with wendler's 5/3/1 and I want something for the Quads only.. What would you guys suggest other than Leg extension? Cause it's bad for the knees when heavy weight is used!
Do front squats they will make your quads blow up
My leg routine today was
Back squats 8 working sets
Front squats 3 working sets
Leg press 3 working sets
Leg extentions 4 working sets
Straight leg deads 5 working sets.. My legs feel dead!

I disagree with this. If you do them with lighter weight and dont go down all the way you shouldn't get ANY knee pain
Leg extensions are absolutely safe and beneficial to developing nice teardrops if done correctly.. I been doing extensions for 20 years and don't have one thing wrong with my knees.
