can you please elaborate on using Lasix for bulking up. I can't seem to find anybody using it for a purpose other than contest preparation. thanks


Why do you want to know about lasix? It's not really the time to talk about water pills; I'm not even sure I will expound on diuretics because they are down right dangerous. For the record, I do not advocate the use of diuretics. Nobody has a monopoly on BBing, so people who are at the top are still putting themselves in harm's way by using any form of a water pill.

I wouldnt post Lasix/diuretic advice in open forum either. Same with Slin. Rules or no rules. All you/I/we need is some noob thinking its a good idea and mimicing what someone else is doing and fucking themselves up or killing themselves.

Your diet restricts fat gain.

Dont even mess with water pills very very dangerous imo from what Ive heard.

Proviron might be in your boat its an ai an known as a hardener.

As far as fat gain you just gotta keep your body tricked imo never get use to a routine in fact it shouldnt be a ROUTINE! If you call it a routine then its time to switch it up. You might need to adjust carbs and fats or up cardio ONLY way.
 
Not to mention Led said its perscribed to him and he is under doctor supervision with it IIRC.

...and he has educated himself extensively in this field. He won't disclose everything he does because he doesn't want the inexperienced to fuck themselves up.

Its true that she knows less pressure trying to cover it up.She even pinned my glute today no problem.Now I can just concentrate on the cycle 100% and go all out.Cheers guys.This thread is great and full of awesome info keep it up.
 
Now, that we got the skinny on diuretics we can all move on in life. I trained at prime time last night again; the gym was congested, I love it like that. I managed within 1 month to give everyone in the gym lifters anxiety and an inferiority-complex. I'm starting to wake-up in the morning looking pumped; that's how you know if you are really jacked and know how much quality muscle you are holding. Moreover, how you look first thing in the morning should be the premise you work from; if you look overly depleted and your muscles constantly look smooth day after day, then you need to adjust your program. Do not measure things by how you look right after you train because that depicts an artificial picture of your actual physique.

I been consulting with a technology geek from my gym; he is going to video tape me training "back" here in the near future, so I can please Evan. Pictures can be deceptive but videos are pretty much the real deal. I'm waiting to get in a little better shape; and we are working on the lighting, therefore, what you see is what you get.

I weighed in @ 247 and I got my BF checked again because I am paranoid and I know there is no room for error. According to the calipers, I'm @ 7% BF, which I wasn't trying to hear. But I have 6 months to gain 3-5 lbs. of quality tissue and drop 3% BF, that's putty in my hands. The mirror is telling me I’m holding water; hence I’m not getting a good fix on how much quality tissue I’m holding. Consequently, I have to do a little case study to evaluate how much water I’m holding; and then I will be able to make a good assessment on how much muscle I'm holding, then I can tweak and adjust things accordingly to how I look.

N2SLIN. An excellent product to aid in carb oxidation. What is carbohydrate oxidation? A real simple answer: the burning of extra carbs; which is ideal to prevent carbs from storing as fat and be able to utilize them for energy. Carbs are the most efficient source of energy to fuel your body. Glucose can be produced within the body without carbs, but its far less efficient, hence, carbs are much more protein sparing than protein itself. Because the body prefers carbs for energy, protein can be directed towards muscle repair and muscle building. Eating carbohydrates are the best way to fuel your body and increase metabolism. With that said, eat your carbs and insert N2SLIN because it is a wonderful product to incorporate to help utilize carbs for energy and to help free protein to build muscle.

Cycle: I’m using all long esters for the majority of my cycle; once I reach a steady-state and feel my body has reached hormonal adaption to the dose I’m using I will increase the dosage, then I will repeat this process. I use the linear progression model; which is nice steady, slow, and superlative gains. About 6-8 weeks out from my competition I will switch from long esters to all short esters and stay with the same hormones. This will cause a hormonal spike and a “peak plasma concentration” at the perfect time and I will get the most out of the hormones before the “law of diminishing returns” occurs.

Training: I trained back last night like I already mentioned and I am taking tonight off. Again, no set protocol, I’m just listening to my body and concentrating on isolating the body part I’m training that day. I’m always tweaking, adjusting, and manipulating things depending on how I feel and look. I will say this, I will stay at a certain weight until I feel I mastered that weight for 12-15 reps. Once I feel my body has adapted to that weight I will insert a new environment stimuli to shock my muscles by simply upping the weight; and I will repeat that process when I feel I reached a new plateau.

Dude... this thread is incredible. Props to you brother; it took me a few days to read it but god damn you are the man... I think I've learned more in this thread than I have in the past 5 years. It is easier not hiding anything, but at the same time, if/when things don't work out, watch out for the blackmail. I have always hid it until my last g/f... and mind you, all I have ran are PH cycles. I was on beast when I met her, and everyone in my town talks about me doing steroids, which I always deny and just attribute whatever I am to 6 or 7 chicken breasts a day.

Well, she supported my ph use. 4 months later, we split, and she posts on facebook that I injected steroids everyday... hell, as if I wasn't questioned enough. I didn't even respond, it's what everyone wants to believe anyways.

Edit: sorry, looks very off subject now, I meant to reply to something being talked about, guess I'm a noob on my new elitefitness app. Carry on fellows and keep killin it ledhead! I'm subbing.

Its messed up the rep of steroids its sooooo over rated or else we would be able to be honest about it. At the same time we have to step up to our responsablities bc imo if you dont want anyone to know then dont do steroids plain and simple for me.

However, theres an alt. to me and what works is

Look I workout, I eat every three hours, I train hard, 200% of focus goes into what I do! I take supps so I guess maybe theres a possibilty that I could have taken AAS bc Ive took pro hormones and all the sudden Fda takes them off the counter. Is it steroids? Idk heard they can be. Thats the way out or look: am not gonna tell you no but am not going to tell you yes.

Now if she asks well hv you ever injected an AAS? = fowked

I was just about to give an update about my precarious situation, which is no longer precarious.
I finally got the nod from the NPC that my National qualifier is still in effect. I was thinking about hitting the USAs at the end of July out in Vegas but I noticed on the NPC schedule that the IFBB North American Championships are being held in Pittsburgh at the end of August. I grew up and currently live in the Pittsburgh area, therefore, I can't think of a better scenario!!

I was growing quite weary posting my routine every day, so I started to slip. But after finding out all this stuff I will be posting a lot. I feel reborn again hard!

I want to thank everyone who posted in here with compliments and support.

That is awesome bro...like I said I guess I will be visiting Pittsburgh for the very first time this year, and it is cool you have the green light all the way to the competition so now it really is game on!!! Post it...post it...post it!!! It is a good way to really learn and see how everything comes together...the more detail the better bro. That is what I have been trying to accomplish in my log and will continue to do so as you advise me of changes and such, want to educate all of our bros here of our journey to our comps. This is really going to get real now bro...fucking all giddy and shit lol!!!

Mrs. MuscleAddiction is full into what I do, she preps the pins, keeps shit sterile, and makes sure all is safe...she has such a soft touch, never feel the injection...ever! She is my angel, and I never lie to her...no reason too!

I think what I was getting at is if you involve them in what you are doing then there is a better chance of her listening and learning and accepting rather that judging without knowing the facts . :) sorry to sidetrack your log led ! the problem with tren is if you do not consume enough carbs throughout the day you will have a tough night. i have woken up shaking in the middle of the night literally not able to move. popped 3 glucose pills and felt better.. so that is the problem with tren for comping. i would be very careful with tren for that reason.. comping is tough enough without worrying about your blood sugar 24/7.

if you do run tren keep glucose pills handy at all times. i have been caught also on hikes and have literally had the energy sucked out of me and had to be rushed to a gas station to grab a candy bar.. it absolutely murders your blood sugar. another trick is carry around some apple juice with you as well.. does the trick

I guess I will reiterate myself for the 100th time in case some unfortunate soul missed what I have said in the past.There are no such things as bulk or cut drugs; diet negotiates whether someone cuts or bulks. I hate the terms "bulking" and "cutting," that terminology is nothing but pure steroid board rhetoric; and that rhetoric has spread like a cancer throughout the net. The old school bodybuilders did not have many “great” drugs at their disposal and still managed to look like gods. However, I don't want to feel responsible for anyone having a nervous breakdown; hence science has advanced since the day of the old school BBer and science is perpetual. Consequently, we do have access to drugs that don't aromatize much and are highly anabolic nowadays. Now everyone can exhale!

Whoever said Tren is not good for pre-competition knows little about tren and knows little about prepping for a show. I noticed if person had a bad experience with a certain drug that individual will go on a mass propaganda campaign in an attempt to disparage that drug. Moreover, a lot of times that person is arrogant enough to make overgeneralizations and blanket statements about that drug and use their experience as a comprehensive tool. Nobody has cornered the market on steroids, and I severely doubt anyone ever will; that's why always say people should come up with their own analysis through trial and error, and avoid using their experience as a "universal truth."

Imo, nothing in the AAS world comes close to the pure awesomeness of tren. It is so anabolic the Richter Magnitude Scale cannot measure its anabolism (muscle building). It contains some thermogenic property that smashes water retention and destroys fat (highly androgenic). Furthermore, tren thwarts cortisol from rising and it aromatizes very little. Tren is 5x more anabolic than test; so 100 mgs of tren = 500 mgs of test. Here is another way of looking at how powerful tren is, 1,000 mgs of test is the equivalent to 200 mgs of tren; which concludes me to say that a person does not need that much tren to obtain optimum results.

What more what a bodybuilder want in a drug when prepping for a show???? A drug that: builds muscle, eliminates water retention, burns fat, aromatizes little, and destroys catabolic hormones all simultaneously. My conclusion, tren is by far the best drug to use for competition preparation. I personally get fuckin diced on tren and everyone will see!

Can a person get adverse effects from tren? Absolutely! Can a person get adverse effects from taking Tylenol? Absolutely! Anytime a person puts any exogenous substance into their body they are jeopardizing their health one way or another. I would love to read a “peer review” on how tren is not good for pre comp and how it is more dangerous than other drugs.

It has been established a long time ago in the knowledgeable, experienced, and successful bodybuilding community that using two 19-Nors such as tren and deca together can be very beneficial.

I personally love running tren and deca together. When I’m on tren my strength blows through the roof and my connective tissue just can’t handle the stress. Insert deca with its great collagen properties to neutralize the effects of tren. I know people take a sound bite from somewhere and make it a universal law, which is this case that using two 19-Nors together will have you lactating like a mother who just gave birth because of induced prolactin. Is it possible? YES! Is it certain? NO! Again, everyone reacts and responds differently to different compounds and different combinations of compounds. There are some people who have figured out ways to conquer prolactin induced gyno through trial and error. Consequently, if I check body fat, and check estrogen, then prolactin will be checked!

Am I recommending people to do what I do? No! I don't recommend anything to anyone...

This is what I like...educated knowledge, feels like I just got out of the classroom from a great lecture, but much better of course. So Deca and Tren actually seem to compliment eachother? Realistically it makes sense...Tren is a strength mongrel and Deca helps lube the joints and tendons to better to use the raw strength you will be experiencing during a Tren cycle. Now I know some are going to ask "what about the bloat from Deca?" If being closer to a contest would one opt to use say NPP instead of Deca due to shorter half life? It really amazes me that Tren is that much more potent than test...I mean sure but that much? Really incredible read, and I don't know about the rest of the bros following here, I have been copying and pasting to a Word document to keep this information for future reference. This shit is good shit, and I am truly learning more here than I have anywhere else...thanks Led, looking forward to more discussions here...but back to my questions, also then maybe a low dose test is all that is needed for Tren since it is so superior to test? Would you still recommend Caber while running Deca and Tren together to keep the noodle at attention when called upon???

I guess I will reiterate myself for the 100th time in case some unfortunate soul missed what I have said in the past.There are no such things as bulk or cut drugs; diet negotiates whether someone cuts or bulks. I hate the terms "bulking" and "cutting," that terminology is nothing but pure steroid board rhetoric; and that rhetoric has spread like a cancer throughout the net. The old school bodybuilders did not have many “great” drugs at their disposal and still managed to look like gods. However, I don't want to feel responsible for anyone having a nervous breakdown; hence science has advanced since the day of the old school BBer and science is perpetual. Consequently, we do have access to drugs that don't aromatize much and are highly anabolic nowadays. Now everyone can exhale!

Whoever said Tren is not good for pre-competition knows little about tren and knows little about prepping for a show. I noticed if person had a bad experience with a certain drug that individual will go on a mass propaganda campaign in an attempt to disparage that drug. Moreover, a lot of times that person is arrogant enough to make overgeneralizations and blanket statements about that drug and use their experience as a comprehensive tool. Nobody has cornered the market on steroids, and I severely doubt anyone ever will; that's why always say people should come up with their own analysis through trial and error, and avoid using their experience as a "universal truth."

Imo, nothing in the AAS world comes close to the pure awesomeness of tren. It is so anabolic the Richter Magnitude Scale cannot measure its anabolism (muscle building). It contains some thermogenic property that smashes water retention and destroys fat (highly androgenic). Furthermore, tren thwarts cortisol from rising and it aromatizes very little. Tren is 5x more anabolic than test; so 100 mgs of tren = 500 mgs of test. Here is another way of looking at how powerful tren is, 1,000 mgs of test is the equivalent to 200 mgs of tren; which concludes me to say that a person does not need that much tren to obtain optimum results.

What more what a bodybuilder want in a drug when prepping for a show???? A drug that: builds muscle, eliminates water retention, burns fat, aromatizes little, and destroys catabolic hormones all simultaneously. My conclusion, tren is by far the best drug to use for competition preparation. I personally get fuckin diced on tren and everyone will see!

Can a person get adverse effects from tren? Absolutely! Can a person get adverse effects from taking Tylenol? Absolutely! Anytime a person puts any exogenous substance into their body they are jeopardizing their health one way or another. I would love to read a “peer review” on how tren is not good for pre comp and how it is more dangerous than other drugs.

It has been established a long time ago in the knowledgeable, experienced, and successful bodybuilding community that using two 19-Nors such as tren and deca together can be very beneficial.

I personally love running tren and deca together. When I’m on tren my strength blows through the roof and my connective tissue just can’t handle the stress. Insert deca with its great collagen properties to neutralize the effects of tren. I know people take a sound bite from somewhere and make it a universal law, which is this case that using two 19-Nors together will have you lactating like a mother who just gave birth because of induced prolactin. Is it possible? YES! Is it certain? NO! Again, everyone reacts and responds differently to different compounds and different combinations of compounds. There are some people who have figured out ways to conquer prolactin induced gyno through trial and error. Consequently, if I check body fat, and check estrogen, then prolactin will be checked!

Am I recommending people to do what I do? No! I don't recommend anything to anyone...

This is what I like...educated knowledge, feels like I just got out of the classroom from a great lecture, but much better of course. So Deca and Tren actually seem to compliment eachother? Realistically it makes sense...Tren is a strength mongrel and Deca helps lube the joints and tendons to better to use the raw strength you will be experiencing during a Tren cycle. Now I know some are going to ask "what about the bloat from Deca?" If being closer to a contest would one opt to use say NPP instead of Deca due to shorter half life? It really amazes me that Tren is that much more potent than test...I mean sure but that much? Really incredible read, and I don't know about the rest of the bros following here, I have been copying and pasting to a Word document to keep this information for future reference. This shit is good shit, and I am truly learning more here than I have anywhere else...thanks Led, looking forward to more discussions here...but back to my questions, also then maybe a low dose test is all that is needed for Tren since it is so superior to test? Would you still recommend Caber while running Deca and Tren together to keep the noodle at attention when called upon???

Deca is highly anabolic too. Deca is a progestin just like tren is. Again, through my personal experiences, if I control estrogen then prolactin side effects will be minimal to none. Remember, we are in a game where people react differently to different compounds.

As for automatically inserting dopaminergics; I like to keep them on hand in case prolactin tries to creep, but I feel the cons outweigh the pros with dopaminergics. Again, I'm a firm believer in controlling estrogen and then prolactin will not be an issue. But I keep Bromo in the rear if needed to be inserted, and if bromo don't work letro sure will.

My sex drive is good when on cycle for the most part. However, I always run at least 250 mgs of test a week to keep estro going in order to grow and to stay alive, and of course to be proactive to keep from getting shut down.

I will switch from DECA to NPP for last 6-8 weeks of my cycle to a yield a higher plasma concentration, it has nothing to do with controlling bloat. I already stated how I personally control bloat.

Its just I seen my buddy and was like dam I mean body just morphed!

Am just a little afraid of Deca think thats what messed me up but who knows I believe we'll never kno the truth about AAS.
 
Put some of your leg routine into practice on my leg day.Fininshed off my quads with seated leg extensions then single leg extensions.Used a weight that was comfortable nd didn't put any pressure on my knees and killed it.Had to crawl out the gym after finishing.Legs were like jelly for two hours.Keep up the bud work mate your r going to kill it.

I really don't pay attention to how much weight I move and how much gear I use; little kids are impressed with that stuff. I just know what I can do, and that's destroy those motherfuckers August 30th..

Nice to see some action in here ;)...all good bro??? Been hitting it hard and consistent, just not my log lol...like 9 days behind, I will too update mine by tomorrow...have to prep food and hit the pillow for morning training at Powerhouse Gym, boulder shoulders, traps, and some abs. We are getting closer day by day, sacrifice will have to be made for the goal, and with risk comes great reward! I am feeling more and more focused everyday, every workout, every meal, and feeling phenomenal! This is going to get real for us bro, lets keep the momentum!!!

Hey Led and Ma.Just a quick update on my test Cyp500ml a week cycle.Four and a half weeks in already and haven't had to break out the armidex yet.Have had no side effect gymno,bloat etc.Have had a few comments that I look leaner nd bigger from friends.Been hammering away in the gym nd not to worried bout how much weight I can lift.Just concentrating on using perfect form and a weight to crush the muscle groups.Diet is 99% clean with 1 cheat meal a week.Have to admit enjoying the cycle so far and can wait for the Cyp to kick in.Was my bday Monday and had a small piece of cake.Felt guilty after eating it so popped my 2 year old daughter into the buggy nd went for a two mile walk.Was a great cardio workout.Who wud have thought pushing a kid would b so taxing lol.Damn those hills.

The best is when you involve your kids in your exercise regimen, I have my 7 year old daughter walk with me, she comes to the gym with the wife and I while we train, she will count reps for me when I do a workout in the garage, just exposing her to it is a step in the right direction, so continue to do that with your as well...and wait until she is 60 lbs bro, I have mine lay on my back and I will do pushups...she laughs the entire time lol. Keep killing it bro and hopefully you won't experience any negative sides, only positive ones! A piece of cake isn't going to sabotage your cycle either bro...but funny how you felt guilty, that is a good thing!

Led and I will kill it at our shows for sure...we will keep you all up to date as to our progress! Thanks for the kind words and support bro...means a lot!

That is awesome bro...I am glad and proud that you did, honesty is the best policy and see how it turned out...I'm sure not only is she very happy you were honest to her about it, but this will be a milestone in your relationship with eachother, and trust will always be there between the two of you. The Mrs. MA is now training with me at 4:30-5 am 5 days a week, and after my competition we will be getting her ready for her first figure competition this fall...the bug has bit her, she even created a vision board with figure competitors that she want to look like, eating what I tell her to, supplements, she is going for it...and she is my biggest fan, as is daddy's little girl! And you are right about them picking you up...I have always told my little angel that she can do anything she puts her mind to, and she throws it back at daddy at times when I am feeling down, the two of them keep me pushing forward in this quest for the gold!!! I couldn't do any of this without them...they are a huge part of it all and it is all because I them be a part of it, and like I told you Mrs. MA pins me too :D. Keep it up bro...it is only the beginning!

I'm ready now! I'm totally focused and obsessed with winning that I managed to detach myself from everything that is not related to my show. In other words, I don't live under the impact and influence of what people call "life." Winning my pro card is the last piece of the puzzle to make my life complete. I accomplished everything I set out to do in life thus far; earning my card will be the pinnacle of my life.

Like I said, I don't have to post up the weight I move and how much gear I use, or my stats; little kids and losers are impressed with that stuff.. I know what I can do and that is murder those motherfuckers August 30th..

Ha, ha, ha. Thank you for the praise, however, I do have my work cut out. There are going to be some serious people competing at that show, so there is no room for error. If I get caught slippin' just a little I'm done, that's how competitive it is at that level. But with that aside, I do believe I will win. I like the progress I made thus far and I feel I'm a little ahead of schedule, which gives me a little extra time to tweak, adjust, manipulate, and play around a little. But I'm satisified so for with how my conditioning is going. It's all in engineering...

According to US Pharma Copeia (sp?) so much seafood is misslabeled as to origin, farming/non farmed, etc.

In fact of all restaurants and stores audited in New York, 100% were found to have misslabeled seafood.

I got a couple nice shots from the rear and I took and a couple nice frontals. Not posting yet until I talk to Hurricane about something; when he gives me the assurance I want then I will post.

I'll start it up again here shortly. I really want to log my 12 week prep regimen. That's when I get down and dirty...
