def try-may be a couple of weeks - still tracking my slin log. gettin ready to post so peeps can see the day2day results. Some logs may get 20 pages to filter thru while everyone posts in it. You have to sift and find the current progress every 2-3 pages. So my log will be one main post day2day which u can see each week workout progress and bodyweight vs the following week. N2KTS - I guess I'll have to try it out.
