I HAD to respond to this. Zyg. You aren't serious, are you? That thread did not contain any name calling, meanwhile I can name a half a dozen threads on the frirst page board NOW that do! No way was that thread deleted for that reason.

I also think it's silly that if one person is an antagonist and another proves him wrong, BOTH people are accused of bickering. Unfucking believable. This board needs someone to detect who is heckling and who is responding.

Bam Bam. I do try to answer all my PM's but some get misplaced. Try again, but I have to say this; I can not provide in depth routines, programs or cycle proticol. If if have a specific question I'd be glad to try and help you out but I get dozens of e-mails a day so please try and be succinct. Thanks.
