Latest recommendations for using anti-aromatase

Hypothetically if someone was to be using low dose Test. E -250mg / week just as HRT (some other oral supplements may fall in to food etc) what are the current daily or weekly recommendations for an anti-aromatase. Looking at choice of A.dex or letro.

rxhealthdrugs has cheap tabs for aromasin. i personally didnt have to even use an ai once during my cycle. BUt if i was going to do it it would have been 12.5mg e3d if that wasnt enough bump it up to 12.5mg ed. thats aromasin idk about arimidex

Well I tend to be gyno prone - although from childhood not gear, no gear ever made it worse but still have slight natural gyno - can control a little with diet and topicals like dermatherm. Did high dose liquidex years ago for a run of several weeks, didn't help, neither did nolva. So do want to chance making it worse

I will only use research chemicals for my aromatase inhibitors. I refuse to pay online pharmacy prices and I can dose any way I want. I think 250mg of test you want to take a week is out of the HRT range. I'm only on 150mg of test prop a week and I take arimadex .2mg twice a week just for protection.

All sounds good and reenforces my thoughts that I would need an A.I even with a low dose Test for HRT, maybe I will use 250mg EOW, now of course if I screw up my timing or measuring I might get a little more, oh well its just Test....

You should use arimidex at 0.25mgs ED or EOD, depends how you feel. I am always pro-ED usage just to be safe.

I think I will start with Aromasin tabs 12.5 e3d and increase if needed. I will have some liquid letro & Nolva tabs on hand in case of unforseen emergency - just want to be safe, my wife wouldn't like me wearing her bra's.

Any other suggestions?

One last question ( I hope) - should I continue the A.I. post cycle to avoid rebound or just use the novla & hcg along with the TRS - I plan to use Eric's from PP guide to PCT.

I use 1/4 tab of dex 2x's a week along with daily dose of POST CYCLE and a shot of Sustain every few days. My e alwasy comes in between 10-15.

WoW ! thanks again for all the great info, so my hunch was right to use the A.I post cycle as well.

I always throw a bottle or 2 of post-cycle in for extra help, I run it longer than the pct, usually a couple weeks into the bridge- Really helps!!

My total PCT won't be needed until Dec after my fall run - but I like to really be prepared, stocked and ready!

The PCT protocol from Eric at PP uses Nolva, Hcg & the TRS - I will find his post and put it up later, he has it all mapped out for everyone by weeks, days & dosages.

BRIDGE won't so much for HPTA restoration. For that, there's UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE , Sustain, Forged-- stuff to make the most of your natural T and balance e.

BRIDGE will work at the source -- elevating LH and FSH back to operating levels, increasing blood volume, maintaining mass and preventing catabolism -- lots the stuff that steroids do that is lost after cessation of use.

It depends on how your body reacts...I dont think there is a set dosage, I use aromasin as needed normally 10mg every week but other ppl use it more often or less often. Just try it and make adjustments

You are correct.. Aromasin can block up to 85 percent of estrogen at 25mg dose (1 pill). Adex will block half that at a 1mg dose(1 pill).

Great!!

That just made my decision final for the Aromasin, I just don't do well with estrogen and I would rather have less gains ad have to do more runs to get the same results with no gyno etc.
