Late night workouts/After workout meals

I have been going to the gym late (11:00 pm-12:30 am). How should, if at all, I change my post workout meal?

Current Post WO meal
2 grilled chicken breasts.
1 cup pasta with red sauce or 1 cup brown rice
piece of fruit and/or raw veggies
TONS of water.

Basically 50-60 grams protein, 40-50 grams of carbs. I just noticed I probably should add some more fat in here.

I burn 600-700 calories during a workout without cardio. I wear a heart rate monitor.

I am 72.5 inches tall, 200 pounds, & 26 years old. BF between 12-14%
