Late Night Snacks

That was during my bulk phase so I really didn't watch my carbs/fats too much, though now that I'm cutting, those jell-o cups are perfect :)

I keep my carbs less than 100g a day (I can't stand my protein shakes unless I mix them with skim), and I generally don't eat any after 8pm. My diet's far from perfect (school and work always getting in the way!) so I just make sure I take in at least 220-250g protein, <1800 cals, about 50g fat, and about 100g carbs a day, split into five or six meals (mainly chicken, rice, fish, steak, veggies, and some pasta).
 
Whats a good amount of carbs to take in on a cut cycle? I'm doing about 100-50? Is that good, will I be able to cut with that?
 
This is the best late night snack:

Shrimp, a little sauce and a diet coke.

I get about 25-45grams of protein from the shrimp(It's practically pure protein) and I dip it in a little chilli sauce (a few grams of sugar). Wash it down eith diet coke, and I'm done.
 
Veggie sub from Subway is good filler and low in cals/fat but you said in your fridge

Low fat yogurt
Salad w/Non-fat Salad Dressing
Carrot/Celery sticks
Jerky (high in sodium tho)
Non-fat Ravioli in a can (hahaha, I like this way too much and the cals are moderate, between 300-400 i think but as huge women about to eat 2 boxes of Snackwells or whatever would say "Its FAT FREE!")
 
yes pussy is good!!! try a couple scoops of vanilla or chocolate protien or mrp with a heaping tbsp of natural peanut butter in the blender.
