Veggie sub from Subway is good filler and low in cals/fat but you said in your fridge
Low fat yogurt
Salad w/Non-fat Salad Dressing
Carrot/Celery sticks
Jerky (high in sodium tho)
Non-fat Ravioli in a can (hahaha, I like this way too much and the cals are moderate, between 300-400 i think but as huge women about to eat 2 boxes of Snackwells or whatever would say "Its FAT FREE!")
