Late Night Snacks

I just started a fina winny and aratest cycle. When I go out and come home late I always get the munchies, what is a good food to eat on I usually go in the fridge and get turkey breast cold cuts, cheese, or peanuts. But that stuff is high in fat is there any other good foods low in carbs and fat but healthy so i won't gain fat. This is my cut cycle so I don't want to be eating shit.............
 
Low fat cottage cheese is a good snack, not exactly a munchie killer but it's healthy, low in carbs and high in prot....
 
this is kinda funny to see cause i just made some post brand cereal............lol.......;)

I grab stuff like carrot/celery sticks

You can also get some soups with very low cals (like only 8-10g carbs as well).

I go through sugar-free popsicles a lot too.
 
Natty PB on Rice Cakes. OR.. freeze an MRP or Shake before you go out, so when you get home it's waiting for ya in the freezer. It's almost like ice cream!
 
I always stock up on Sugar-Free Jell-O cups. Sugar-free, carb-free, fat-free, and not too high in cals. When I'm on cycle, I get hungry in the middle of the night almost the same time every night (4-5am)...I just go and down a few Jell-O cups and go back to bed :)
 
Yeah i feel you on the getting up everynight i feel like i could eat a dam cow. SO those jello cups are pretty good for you. Theres not too much shit in them? What type of diet do you follow when your on a cycle i am on a fina winny and aratest and am looking for a good one the best one that i fould yet is no carbs after 3:30pm? You?
 
I usually do well through the week, and just wake up and have a protein shake, but on the weekends my girlfriend stays over and we eat total junk. Last night I ate about 10 chocolate chip cookies, and had a few left; which I ate for breakfast(with a protein shake and cereal of course)I'm gonna have to cut that shit out soon, summer is coming on quick.-WULF
