last shot question and drinking

New member
Finishing up a 14 weeker and have one last shot to make 15 if I decide to take it. Going on vacation this weekend and will do heavy drinking etc. I take my shots on Fridays of Test 250. Should I take my last shot even though I'm going on vacation and will have limited time to work-out and eat clean? I feel great and happy with gains. I'm afraid of any sides effects from drinking and lack of sleep by being on a full shot. If I take the last shot will that put increased water weight immediately or stay the same?

Just take the last shot bro. Drink have fun and get back to working out when you are don. You are going to do pct right?

I think this no drinking while on juice thing is overrated, unless again your a pro gearing up for a competition. Plenty of guys I know drink on cycle and are as big as a house yet shredded. No big deal.

as long as you don't drink everyday or do major binge drinmking on the weekends everything will be fine. I tend to have a few every so often when I have an all night babysitter.

True, but the more BF you have to begin with, the more it will negatively effect you.

If your goal is to GET yourself under 10%bf then it is advisable not to drink on cycle. If you are already there, of course you have more leeway. It's easier to stay shredded than it is to get shredded.

But to the original poster, one weekend can't destroy an entire cycle. If it could, then a one weekend cycle could also make you huge and ripped. Just go back to doing what you need to do during the week and for PCT.

Think about taking in to consideration what your on too. You will not find me drinking while on 17aa products.

But

You are on Test its not really stressful to the liver. It will stay in your system for a couple weeks so take it. If you get some workouts in great...get what you can out of your last shot. Come home and start your PCT depending how long your vaca is it will be right in time for PCT. Remember you can still gain after your last shot is done.
