Lasik surgery?

I had it done over 5 years ago. My significant other put money away (pre-tax) and then ended up not being a good candidate so I did it. Pre-tax means it cost me about 66 cents on the dollar. I am very happy with the results. Since my surgery, I think there have been a lot of technological improvements.
The only think I would have done different is to pay for the "correction insurance". A certain percentage of folks require a touch-up once your eyes have stablized from the initial procedure. I was one of them.
BTW: I went to Dr. Ellis in CA. I paid extra to have him actually do the surgery.
