Day 9, January 15th

Cardio day, no workout yesterday.
Very tired today from yesterday.
Feeling of well being still.
Nothing to report on strength yet. Sorry guys. Wish there was more to report.
Same diet, nothing has changed.
 
Day 10, January 16

feeling of well being still. Great workout. Seems my strength and stamina were greater today, but I also had a lot of sleep this weekend. No sides, the acne I had before is gone, so I cant say it was from the stuff.
Did not get a weight in today, I will make sure to do that tomorow.
 
Day 11, January 17

Weighed in 232 today.
Great workout today, did back and bis. Seems I have a small strength increase, my stamina is better. I am on NOexplode, but have been on that since the begining. Same diet. No sides yet. Really felt good though in this workout.
 
Day 12, January 18
Today was an off day with weights. I did not do cardio. I was SUPER tired today, only because I am studying for some MCSE tests at night. I also went without oatmeal and sweet potatoes today. I am trying to lean up, but I am stuck between 230 (which I was today) and 234. So every third day I will cut those out.
Slept in today, no cardio. Tomorow will be chest and tris. Had a VERY good workout last time so tomorow will be good. No sides to report.
 
Damn. I wish I was down to 230 already. It seems like it takes forever to lean out... LOL. Then I remember how long it took for me to put all the fat back on!
 
Day 13 January 19

Chest/tri day. Felt good today in the gym even though I was tired. Strength is about the same. Same diet.
No sides yet.
Not much to report so far on this supplement. Sorry guys.
 
Day 14 January 20

Leg workout. No notice of strength increase. Good stamina though, really pumped through eatch set, even squats.
Not much of the "well being feeling" this week. I think it has to do though with me being tired from the late nights I had this week. Preparing for a promotion so I have been studying up. Diet is still the same. I was 233 today, sucks.
No sides yet. Other than that not much to report.
Saturday is an all cardio day, and I will report in the afternoon earlier than usual.
 
Day 15 January 21

Cardio day today, good workout though.
Same diet as always.
I have nothing to report today, no sides or really any gains.
There will be no workout or report for January 22, Sunday Day 16.
 
Day 17 January 23

Not a very good shoulder workout today. I was supposed to do calves but have to skip them. Had an upset stomach today for some reason. Didnt feel to good. Decent shoulder workout but by the end I felt sick. Other than that nothing to report.
