Went shopping this weekend - 100% pure egg whites at the supermarket - $3.24 for a small container - each container consists of 2 cups - the cheapest I found on the web is www.lanaseggwhites.com - 9 lb. container for $24.00 - total price including shipping is $36.00 - every other website is you have to order at least 2 to 4 containers which would bring the price up to around $80.00.

I have to call her this afternoon and will let you know - the advert. says 9 lb tub for $24.00--cheapest I've seen around - I bought the small containers in Pathmark - 2 cups - thats it -

could not get through to her so went back to eggwhitesint. 28.00 per gallon container - 14 doz eggs. $16.00 per 1/2 gal. container - 7 doz eggs. Still cheaper than getting those small containers in the supermarket for $2.79 for 2 cups -

That's a good deal. I hate all the space regular eggs take up in the fridge. And separating 15 egg whites isn't very efficient, takes forever.

I've gotten lana's egg whites before. She's really cool. It comes in a tub and it's frozen so you gotta let it thaw out. It's 100% pure egg whites, not that egg beaters crap. They crack the eggs mechanically right into the ol' bucket. I dont mind cracking eggs anymore, and it's cheaper anyway I think...
