Lagging Bodyparts.. Exercise Ideas?

Im keepin a training journal and since I started iv noticed my triceps and forearms are a bit lagging and hold me back on some exercises, to help develop them a bit more I was thinking of doing 3 sets of pinwheel curls and 2 sets of hammer curls once a week for forearms, but I wasnt sure what to do for triceps, arnt skullcrushers, CGBP and Overhead DB Ext. the best mass builders? What reps/sets should I do?
 
pinwheels and rev bb curls for forearms

weighted dips and CGBP for tris

What is your current stats? Are you training the 5x5?
 
You just started training didn't you? Give it a few years before you pick out imperfections. Many will fill out within that time frame. Keep hitting the compounds.
