Im keepin a training journal and since I started iv noticed my triceps and forearms are a bit lagging and hold me back on some exercises, to help develop them a bit more I was thinking of doing 3 sets of pinwheel curls and 2 sets of hammer curls once a week for forearms, but I wasnt sure what to do for triceps, arnt skullcrushers, CGBP and Overhead DB Ext. the best mass builders? What reps/sets should I do?
