Lady cramps

For ladies that have issues with cramps and it stops you from hitting the gym that day have any of you come up with a solution to help alleviate the cramping ? Any sort of natural solution would be ideal. I just hate missing my sessions.
 
Hydration, electrolytes (sodium, magnesium, potassium), taurine.
And one thing that is not a supplement or mineral, stretching.
 
As the others have said, getting enough fluids is super important, as well as keeping up electrolyte levels like your potassium and magnesium.
