it is a form of birth control. I know mine gives need2 probs some times.there is a cord it is kind of like fishing line, and they tuck it under but some times during cramping it falls down a bit and guys can feel them. I have never felt it myself so it was just a guess.

No, practical. Vaginas are warm, moist, and wet, a perfect medium for encouraging bacterial growth. It seems perfectly logical to me if GrandMaster didn't know what a cervix is/feels like then it wouldn't hurt to tell him that little fact.

The cervix is the outer end of the Uterus. You can't enter the uterus unless the cervix is dialated. What you most likely felt was her cervix and then the fornix.
