Ladies, Shadow, Bignate...

Congradulations on making this board (women's) come alive and from what I can be the best it has been in a while.

I've said it before so I'll say it again - we have a fantastic group of women here and it seems to get better and better as the weeks go by.

There's nothing more powerful than a group of women (and man) working together and being supportive of one another.



Those of you that have been here for a while might see the changes I'm trying to point out better than our more recent additions.

Anyway.

I just want to say thanks and remind all of you to give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done.

I popped by every once in awhile (for almost a year!) Just to shy to post, until recently.

LOL I"ve been thinking the same thing! Seems like a whole crop of new & vibrant activity. It is a little different than in the past when there was more discussion of competition and such. However what's neat is that this is work to establish improvements in lifestyle, not just short-term, extreme results.

Along with all the work and suggestions, I also wanted to remind everyone to look at all of this as education towards your own ability to create and modify your own diets, training regimens, etc. I.e. don't turn over all of your control, knowledge & common sense to people here.

Love it here. Everyone is very approachable. Some sites are so bloody hostile. Luckily everyone here is better than that!

Yeah I pretty much have EF up all day at work. Between writing e-mails, I get on here and talk with my buff friends I'm not a know it all... but I do have some knowledge I suppose to share...

Things are very different now, as opposed to how it was a few years ago when I joined. There was MUCH more talk of AAS and competitions. I enjoy the new direction though. Possibly because it jives much more with my goals now, lol.

I like our little board - and with how unhappy I am with the rest of the board - it is the only place I visit here now.
