Injectable L-Carnitine

Have just come across injectable L-Carnitine. Just wondering if anybody out there has had any experience with this product and if so, what was their chosen method of use/dosage?

I didn't like it! I quit mine it started to give me lumps and seemed to make me look worse!

Is this injected IM, IV or sub-c? I take my Carnatine orally and probably always will.
