Krill oil or cod liver oil?

krill oil contains more than 40% omega 3 phospholipids, and cod liver oil,
like any other fish oil has no phospholipids at all. This is the main difference
Krill oil has relatively slightly higher omega 3 levels versus cod liver oil, although the recommended daily dose of cod liver oil is higher, and so if absolute omega 3 intake is more important to you than omega 3 absorption, then cod liver oil is the way to go.
 
The main component in both is gonna be omega 3 (EPA&DHA), which is good for a variety of things from cholesterol, memory, vision, anti inflammatory, etc. Studies have shown that krill oil seems to be a bit more effect for joint support however.

Aint no biggie Son. Just depends on absorbtion. I tell my clients in the gym to just start out wit any damn store brand version of most supps as they aint even in the habit of takin supps on a regular basis anyway. so the more you take and the more dsiciple you become wit your diet the better your body will respond to some products.

I've been taking cod liver oil ever since I started lifting.

Would it be possible to take both on a daily basis or maybe one day cod liver the next krill?
I'm completely new to krill oil, never heard of it till I joined EF

U could take both in the same day. I would stick with one just to make it simple. Go krill oil.
