Have not attempted a heavy squat single in a while and last night we did. My issue was it has been a long time since I wrapped my knees and when my friend did my feet became numb and when I walked the weight out I was shaky and I felt like I was walking on air.
I know wraps need to be tight, my question is, should I be practicing squatting with wraps ? Just like a suit or bench shirt, you want to take reps in them before a meet so your used to it, does the same apply for wraps?
Basically the wraps thru my whole squat off, feet numb, made me lean forward, it was terrible.
Any advice, anyone with similar issues?
