I do Monday--back & bis & calves(including deadlift)
Wednesday--chest, shoulders & tris
Friday--Legs, delts & obliques (including squats)
But I am soon going to move to an 8-day split where I go to the gym every other day and do
Day 1-Legs(squat)
Day 2-off
Day 3-Chest & shoulders
Day 4-off
Day 5-Back(DL)
Day 6-off
Day 7-Arms
Day 8-off
This is because two days off is not enough between squats & Deadlifts. If I DL on Friday my back is still sore on Monday. If I squat on Friday my legs are still sore on Monday. It makes you have to prioritize between the two and I want to concentrate on both.
Anybody, feel free to critique this split.

Thanks for the input. How are you spliting your workout now? I have mixed goals right now, im a wrestler so grip is very important but i also want all the good quality size i can get, weightclass aint as imprtant as my conditoning, so the more size and strength the better.
