Ketosis + var, some questions

Been cutting carbs last two weeks. Felt Like ASS this morning and checked te stick and I am finally in ketosis. I am taking 50MG ** Ananvar a day, I have a couple questions. ( I am alos on test replacement with androgell,my test levels have always seamed to suck)

Right now my calories are down to around 2200-2500 from 3000. My BF when last checked 3 weeks ago was 14% At 190 LBS and 5'7. I want to get to 8-10% and then bulk again in Nov

Right now I am doing cardio 3-4 times a week and lifting eod one body part. I am still going heavy

1. Will the anavar prevent catbolism do to all the cardio and heavy weights

2. How long should I stay in ketosis before it becomes un healthy if it does at all

3. Are there any suggetsions ( Besides other supps) you can make my fat loss go smooth and fast...??? Clen and eca are not for my head

4. If i get nocked out of ketosis how easy/long does it take to slip back in

I'm not sure about ox; I know that primo is most commonly talked about as preventing catabolism in a calorie-defecit environment; the ox and test will certainly help I would imagine

About 3-4 week bursts should be good; longer than that and your body begins to adjust to its new state and fat-loss slows

Sorry, but gonna name a few supps; a couple hundred mgs of 5HTP should help control carb craving and enhance mood; ALA is awesome for ketosis -- and allows you to eat several hundred grams of carbs per day while maintaing ketosis; there has been plenty written on ALA, search some of the archives.

As a non-supplement suggestion, of course keep a nutrition diary -- it will help to keep discipline; You may also wish to pick up some ketostix and test a couple times a day for ketosis -- helps maintain motivation; You should pop some extra fat and protein into your diet



4. If i get nocked out of ketosis how easy/long does it take to slip back in
Not sure if you're not using ALA; if you are using ALA, it will get you back in very rapidly

I am using ala 600-1000G a day.

I do keep a diary, its to the point where my food intake is so repetitive it is very easy to guestimate where I am.

I am using keto sticks and this morning at around 10 AM I was in ketosis ( Modrate) I have drank about 1/2 gallon of water since and have not eaten any crabs and now I am out ? ? ? ?WTF I am a little lost here
