Keeping muscle, losing fat, but starving!

I'm trying real hard to slim down. Right now I'm at about 13% bf I'm desperately trying to get in the single digits. I'm working out harder than ever and have incorporated 3-4 sessions of low intensity cardio a week. I severely reduced my carb intake and practically doubled my protein . Without many carbs I eat more but find myself hungry all the time, especially before I go to bed. My schedule and lifestyle do not permit me to follow a disciplined ckd diet. Any suggestions?

here's a little trick I learned, .... 30 minutes prior to a meal, dip some Whole Wheat Bread (1 slice) in Olive Oil and then when it comes time to eat, you are not as hungry

Do you know anything about the hormone leptin and it's role in the connection between bodyfat, dieting, and appetite?

Some excellent reading on the subject, and highly pertinent to anyone attempting to diet:

You may have reduced carbs and calories too much, thus slowing your metabolism. I keep my carbs and cals. in there as long as possible.-WULF
