keep bulking or cut?

week 1-4 d-bol 50mg/day
week 1-10 sus 750mg /week
l-dex 1mg ed/clomid post cycle and novla on hand.

i'm 6'2" and have gained 20lbs though week four, strength through the roof, and i'm up to 250lbs. with out much water weight. b/f around 15%. i am sluggish at 250lbs though. my questions is should i cut my calories for the last 6 weeks or try to get as big as possible and worry about cutting later. you can still see abs but i'm noticing the start of love handles. I don’t want to be fat. any of you big boys input would be appreciated. My diet is about 5,000 cal. , and it is very clean.

My rule....

Bulk sensibly (don't WAY overeat and eat clean) until you add 2" to your waist. Then cut to get the waist back where it should be.

I broke that rule last bulking, and I'll spend longer cutting this time.

Reason....longer you cut, more muscle you might loose. To go by 2 inches means very little muscle loss which is rapidly regained once you increase your intake again. It's also easier on the body not to have such massive fat loss/gain swings.

Why don't you break down your "clean" 5000 calories for us so we can see what you're eating? Let's say you took in 500g/day Protein (I bet you don't), that's 2000 cals. Let's say you even took in 500g/day of CLEAN carbs (again, I doubt it), another 2000 cals. Are you eating 111g of fat a day? I hope those are all EFA's. I think we've found the problem.

i only get about 400g of protein a day. 20 fat free hot dogs, 2 big cans of tuna, 2 turkey sandwiches, xxl drink, whey tek 65 drink. fruits and vegetables through out the day. total 4700 cal. yes i feel like a bloated pig, maybe that is what is making me nervous. i'm not getting enough fat, should i add some oil to up this?

If you're getting 400g protein (1600 cals) a day, which is probably a bit much, but not overkill, then you're getting, what, 700g carbs (2800 cals)??? 33g fat? I'm still not sure what your macronutrient breakdown is, but I am sure, 1, you have too many calories, and 2, you have WAY too many carbs. Even bulking, try to keep carbs/protein even, so 400/400 would be good, that's 3200 cals. Another 300 cals or so could be had in 35g of high-quality fats, EFAs, saturated fats to a minimum. That's about 3500 cals, plenty to bulk.

First of all let me point out that hot dogs aren't exactly the best choice for a protein source. Your diet sounds as though it could be MUCH tighter, though at this time you may disagree. As Baby Gorilla said, "bulk sensibly". There's no need to turn this into a cutting cycle. Realize and take confort in the fact that many experience the bulk up anxiety of getting "fat" that you are experiencing. Many times people unknowingly mistake water retention with fat gains. Looks the same, feels the same, but the water will go very quickly. Beside any extra water you are holding it is natural to be concerned about excess fat accumulation, but it is overcoming this "parranoia" that truely allows the big dogs to push the envelope and really attain massive size. You're going to have to carry a little extra fat while bulking for massive size. Unless you're genetically gifted this is just the way the game goes for those of us in out quest for mass. This, however, does not mean you will, should, or need to become the pillsburry doughboy. By keeping a tight eye on your diet you can bulk successfully with minimal or even no fat gains. This obviously takes a pretty in depth understanding of nutrition and a very acute understanding of your own body. Tinker with your diet, but not the the extent where you go and turn a perfectly good bulking cycle into a half assed, too short cutting cycle. Feeling like a bloated pig is part of the process...it really is. I'm always stuffed, never want to eat, and look pregnant after a meal and 30oz of water settling in my stomach/intestines.. I wouldn't say you get used to it, but it does come with the territiry and in time you accept it. The guys whom are truely able to get big are able to overcome this fear of getting "fat" while bulking. Bear in mind that 99% of the population would love to look like us even in our so called "fat" sate of being. At your size 5000 cals really is not outrageous at all. It, provided you have a fair metabolsim, sounds right on the money as to where you need to be caloric-wise. Perhaps you need tom tweak the foods you are eating and the times you're eating them and you will be well on your way to six more weeks of successfull gains.

i think i am just parranoid. i've put on 20lbs. and my waist has gone up almost 1", although my bis have gained an 1.5". i'm carring more water than i think. i'll wait and see what happens this next week after the d-bol part is done. it is fun lifting being this heavy though. i just need to clam down.
